Mid-Autumn Celebrations Across Kebun Baru
September brought the Mid-Autumn Festival to life across Kebun Baru, with Residents' Networks organising celebrations that brought neighbours together through festive traditions and community activities. From lantern walks and lion dances to satay feasts and lucky draws, residents of all ages enjoyed memorable evenings with family and friends.
At Mayflower Gardens RN, the annual Satay Party saw residents achieve a Singapore Book of Records entry for the largest Chang'e balloon sculpture, with our Adviser, Mr Kwek Hian Chuan Henry, receiving the award on behalf of the RN. Meanwhile, Thomson Hills RN hosted a cosy lantern walk at Thomson Green Playground, while Spring RN welcomed residents with an energetic lion dance performance and a lively lucky draw.
The celebrations reflected the strong community spirit across Kebun Baru, where traditions continue to bring neighbours together and create lasting memories.

Our Adviser, Mr Kwek Hian Chuan Henry, received the Singapore Book of Records certificate on behalf of Mayflower Gardens RN for the largest Chang'e balloon sculpture.

Residents came together to enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival through festive activities, performances and quality time with neighbours.

Children and families took part in a lantern procession as part of the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations at Thomson Hills RN.
